An integral part of the IGY Centre is the five-storey, aboveground parking garage with 387 parking spots with access from Pekárenská Street, and also the 72 open-air parking spots on the roof of the shopping centre, variably intended to serve the needs of the offices and the shopping centre.

Parking in the IGY Centre is for the first 3 hours for free and than every 1/2 hour is paid, 20 CZK for 1/2 hour.

Additional parking options are Družba store (across from the IGY), at the Gomel Hotel (hotel parking lot) and on Mariánské Square.
